There is no *team* here. This list is a users list. While a developer does, sometimes, drop by, no one else here is anything other than a user helping other users.

The team, i.e., the deveopers, can be contacted via the OsmAnd Github repository, primarailly via the issues list:
https://github.com/osmandapp/OsmAnd/issues

That is the communications channel with which to contact the developers (whom are the only ones capable of "working" on anything with regards to OsmAnd).
