I hear what you're saying but I think most Windows administrators expect
something to be in the Programs menu. That being said, if the initial
configuration could be taken care of as part of the GUI installer, then
maybe it's not as big a deal. OSSEC should be easy to use, so anything
that makes the administrator's job more difficult should be examined
cautiously.
