Not necessarily. I still have some doubts about this and suspect

She is 'about' 5 months pregnant. How convenient, and non-specific.
No one is 'about' 5 months pregnant anymore, if they are getting
prenatal care at all, they know within a few days.
I suspect this is a fabrication to tide them through the election.
After that (or maybe before?) she'll have a 'miscarriage'. I've yet to
see a single picture of Palin who looks even slightly pregnant. And
she's a small woman; 6+ lb baby would show.
