Suzanne - I think it went OK.  If anyone on the list still remembers, last year I did a three hour presentation on home health for the Mississippi OT association.  I didn't think I did too well due to:
1. Not really enough time to prepare 3 hours of material.
2. I didn't have all the props I needed, and my microphone was not portable to get to my props that I did have
3. I was just intimidated by a room full of 100 + OTs and COTAs

So I went into this inservice with fear and trembling but I think I did better, due to
1. Only about 30 people there and I knew half of them
2. I used some canned material purchased from a company called in the know which does inservices for CNAs.  I bought their restraint packet over the internet for $48.  They e-mailed me a 13 page color handout for the CNAs, an 8 page teacher guide with discussion questions and learning activities, a quiz and answer key
3. It was only one hour
4. I brought snacks for everyone.
