My setting is very different from traditional OT settings. It is group
therapy and my patients are in the group for 8 hrs a day, 5 days a
week, for 30 days.

I work on mostly on ROM and strengthening, increasing positional tolerance
(sitting, standing, and walking), and behavioral aspects. We do
aquatic therapy almost every day... I found some great DVDs of water yoga,
water pilates, and water tai chi, which I highly recommend.
