My membership is due 2008.  I think it's another agency to get more money.
I think they collect enough to take the board exam.  I know for a fact that
amount has gone up since I took it.  The problem is I still will pay for it
even if I don't believe in it.  My reason is  I have some fear if I drop it
and some day it will a requirement to practice OT that NBCOT will make it
hard to "rejoin". Also, I have used OTR for so long I don't want to give it
up.  I guess I go with the flow on this matter (which I dislike in me).
Overall, I think it's "political" and has no benefit to me has OT.
