Hello Ron, If you choose to not recertify you can still leave yourself open to recertify at a later date. You still have to pay a fee but it is like the "non-op" auto registration. My philosophy is that I want the option to practice wherever I want to when the opportunity comes up to become a traveler. You cannnot work for a per diem/registry without NBCOT proof. They will then help with each state's license requirements. Roxanne
