I  don't  think  it  does.  I  posted  these  questions not because of
PT~vs~OT,  but  because  of occupation. OT's Framework says that OT is
about  occupation and I find that so many OT's are either unwilling or
unable to train patients in mobility related daily living occupations.
It's  like  we  can stand at the table, but we can't teach the patient
how  to  get  to  the table. Or, we can teach patients how to transfer
from  the  w/c  to the toilet, but we can't teach them how to ambulate
across the bathroom. It's a confusing subject for me.
