I don't get an email notification if a customer submits a ticket into one of
these new queues. I have the queues listed in "my queues". I have rights to
all groups. I also have new ticket notification set up under my profile. I
can see these new queues when I log in. I can get email notifications from
the default postmaster queue. I just can't get notifications from any new
queues I set up.

I assume you mean you don't get notified of new tickets created in these
queues. I would double-check that you've got that queue listed as one of
your queues.
