Yes I have visited Admin Interface -> SysConfig -> Framework -> Core::Log -> LogModule
My settings are as follows: LogModule: Syslog LogModule::SysLog::Facility: user LogModule::SysLog::Charset: iso-8859-1 LogModule::LogFile: /var/log/otrs.log LogModule::LogFile::Date: No LogSystemCacheSize: 4096 (this last is greyed out) My questions are: 1) Can I retrieve the Syslog/log file to see the logged entries? 2) Can I make a change so that the log shows more than 32k of logged messages? Thank you. Go to Admin Interface -> SysConfig -> Framework -> Core::Log -> LogModule. On Unix/Linux OTRS is logging per default in SysLog. On Windows per default in a file (for file location see the same SysConfig screen, LogModule::LogFile). The log in the admin interface shows "only" the last 32k of logged messages. -Martin --------------------------------------------------------------------- OTRS mailing list: otrs - Webpage: http://otrs.org/ Archive: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs To unsubscribe: http://lists.otrs.org/cgi-bin/listinfo/otrs NEW!
