Hi James, Can you please point me to which file to edit.
and / or send me the code for it. I don't want other queues (TO) field to be selected by customers but while doing that : i don't want to change the queue types from users to admin so they don't see it. That's not what i want. I just want to force them to have one option by default in the TO field and your way of solving seems to be the only way.
