Hello!
I have recently inherited OTRS from the previous owner and am having a
problem removing his email address.
The user, smithj, has been invalidated through the Admin->Users function.
Whenever a new ticket is created I am still getting these notifications in
the System Log

³Sent email to Œ[email protected]² from ŒOTRS System <[email protected]>¹.
HistoryType=>EmailAgent, Subject=> ........²

And

Sent agent ŒNew Ticket¹ notification to Œ[email protected]¹

Does anyone have an idea where I can change smithj¹s email to my own? Many
