Now all the email requests ([email protected] or [email protected]) input in the queue "commerce" by default. If it match with the postmasterfilter (the email address of my customers), the queue is changed for "support". it's ok, that's work. I'll hope there is another way in OTRS to check if a customer is but i'm very new in OTRS.
