Hi Sourabh, Please use SMTPS as the SendmailModule and not SMTP.
Also, it's perfectly normal that you can't see the changes you make in Sysconfig in the file Kernel/Config.pm - you should be able to see those in Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAuto.pm though. You should not touch that file manually, just please use Admin > SysConfig to configure your email.
