Hi Ilya,

Currently we don't offer a Windows Upgrade Installer, we would like to
have one, though :D

The current upgrade procedure for Windows includes backing up the
database, removing the installation, installing the new version and
then restoring the database. So it's a bit of a hassle. The process is
demonstrated in a YouTube vid:
