I done all steps that described in upgrade manual..It is serious problem
for me, because users can't search tickets that they need and I am
forced to use MySQL for this...It is very inconvenient and takes a lot
of time.

Freetext search and ticket number search work fine here following upgrade on
our test system, for all tickets before and after. However, I did run
bin/otrs.RebuildTicketIndex.pl
Following upgrade - have you tried that?
I also did OPTIMIZE TABLE on each table, but I doubt that would have affected
anything.
