If two separate messages are delivered to two separate inboxes, then yes, there 
should be one response per incoming email per mailbox. If the email is 
delivered to one of the mailboxes with multiple addresses in the To: field, no, 
I wouldn't expect that to happen (at least it wouldn't be useful in my 
environment).

Is the idea that [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> and 
[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> are two completely separate 
POP accounts that point to different queues in the same OTRS instance, and if 
the email is sent to both addresses, you want two responses? I guess I'm not 
following what you're trying to accomplish here.

We have 2 different companys running on same OTRS version. Sometimes a customer 
send email to both companies at same time in the "to" felt. Shouldn't OTRS send 
out 2 seperate auto replay then from each e-mail addresse in the "to" felt?
