Set ip-number with -p parameter if you want.

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]# owhttpd -p 127.0.0.1:5678 -s 3001
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]# netstat -an | grep 5678
tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:5678          0.0.0.0:*             LISTEN
