check onewire protocol speed
how many bits/second (i think it´s about 16kbits/s)
how many bits to change port bits  (i think about 200bits? must check...)
with these numbers you have onewire speed somethink like:
200bits * 16kbit/s = 0,0125 seconds

you can do it, i don´t know, but i think it´s very slow, must try
