OK I have repeated but I cannot see anything that looks like an error, so the whole thing is attached as a zip. Amazing how much log it produces:)
I had Nautilus open on /var/1-wire ran the command then navigated into mnt/10.0D54A9010800 and double clicked temperature saw the error Ctr C to stop and copied from the terminal
