Currently, Singapore. You? I personally haven't had any hands on with the Spectre so far, however the reviews seem to be fairly positive (bar the fingerprint magnet that is the lid). One comment I got re the Folio 13 from a colleague was that the screen isn't that bright - no such problems with the Spectre. Also, it has a (slightly) higher resolution than many machines of that size, which I would also consider a plus. The downside is the cost - the Envy range is like Dell's XPS range - upmarket SOHO, and correspondingly more expensive. Also it has only 2 USB ports (one USB3 and one USB2)
