Karine

Am interested to see what alternatives are suggested. We put two ID bands
(handwritten with B/O etc) on both ankles. On the daily care plan it is
then checked that the baby has proper identification and signed for on the
careplan. If damaged, lost, slips off etc - the midwife who discovers this,
replaces the band, therefore at discharge there still should be two bands.
