Baby identification

We have for yrs used two ankle bands with b/o mother's name, checked daily. Previously we used a small square of elastoplast on baby's shoulder with b/o mother's name written on it prior to attachment but from hazy memory some baby went home with it on and mother didn't remove it for weeks and baby subsequently needed a skin graft.... not a desirable outcome! The tattoo sounds great, any more information about how to use it, cost, etc? Monica
