Expressing antenatally? Could someone please enlighten me to this practise? It sounds like an eminently sensible idea but i'm intrigued
How much would you expect a woman to produce antenatally , when would you commence it and how often would you do it? is antenatal colustrum the same constitution as post-natal colustrum? Does pumping/ expressing antenatally actually increase your supply antenatally? questions, questions, questions....
