So I can see that many would not be happy at all to work in an arena that requires them to work anything other than their designated 8 hrs.&nbsp; Furthermore, in my place of employment we are trying to make a second team of 5 midwives, however it is almost impossible to find 10 midwives interested in team midwifery work, and we still get holidays etc.&nbsp; I think your friend might just be right.</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>However, I am still waiting and have given a deadline of Feb 2003 otherwise I too will need to find a new place of employment, not particularly fussed on this obstetric nursing that I am currently doing.</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Yours Sonja</FONT></DIV></BODY></HTML>
