I have looked after two women with bicornate uterus at home no problems
however one woman was told to be cautious with placenta as sometimes the
positioning of it can be a bit complicated. I was watch full and there was
a lot of bleeding so we used syntocinon once the cord had stopped pulsating,
this was also a water birth so I wasn,t in a hurry. The other woman was
totally normal, no drugs but land birth. Should be fine.
