Sandra, What you have written is so true. People like to 'leave it to someone else' or 'I'm too busy' yet are so critical when things don't pan out the way they wish. I also feel some of that behaviour is indicative of repressed groups. Bullying behaviours are so rampant in health many people fail to see it as this, they think it is normal behaviour.
