Ours is not a funded service but user pay. I will be in Oz for three weeks in November visiting family in Newcastle, Sydney and Melbourne and would like to meet with some midwives while there.  I'm interested to learn more about current models of practice, fees etc in your part of the world. Our struggles are probably similar. I thought if you know of a conference or workshop during that time I could attend or perhaps an association meeting. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
