Exactly Marilyn   That's a lot of what HypnoBirthing is about.....breathwork, very much a main component of our program and I would NEVER scoff at it. I admire it with all my heart.   Well done for your daughter working in Ghana. Not an easy time. As I said I can only comment on the women that I spoke with in India and the reports I have read about from Grantly Dick Read.   regards Diane
