[ozmidwifery] Search for 15% caesarian rates

Does anyone on the list know of a maternity unit in Australia that has a caesarian rate as low as 15% (top end of the WHO recommendations) or are all of them up over 20/25% now.   And if so, what are you doing there to keep the numbers down??   Just curious.....   Helen Cahill
