Mt Barker Hospital (SA) has a cs rate of around 8% consistantly.  A small team of care providers and an OB who doesnt like doing cs for nothing...supportive to vag birth twins, vbac an to breech (to an extent).  I can ask more spefic questions if required as I dont work there...just know thru CARES.
