One approach - Generally speaking you need to do an incremental build - and then use a utility like Robocopy that can be set to use parameters to only copy "newer" files...

We currently do a daily build. We would like to move only the changed files (aspx and the dlls) to the deployment folder and not the entire contents of the build. Currently, we just use a different workspace to get Currentbuild-1 source files and do a comparison with the current version and manually write up release notes to do it. Is there an easier way to do this. I would like to just deploy changed files. (Our developers check in and out at will...right now there is no constraint on when a file should be checked in except that checkins at the end of the day should build).
