The authors indicated they planned to split out a few parts into separate documents.
They wish to avoid the "hitchhiker's guide" effect if the document is in too many pieces. I agree; I'd rather see one longer document that several smaller ones if it was hard to see the forest from the trees. For the moment, it's up to them how they split it.
