The authors indicated they planned to split out a few parts into separate
documents.

They wish to avoid the "hitchhiker's guide" effect if the document is in too
many pieces. I agree; I'd rather see one longer document that several
smaller ones if it was hard to see the forest from the trees.

For the moment, it's up to them how they split it.

I am wondering about the strategy of merging everything
into one mega-document.  Seems like there might be
advantages to putting modules in different documents.
For example I could see P2PP as a piece that could
