What Wikus is talking about is restricted vs. manager write access.

You can check this by logging into the switch in question and typing:

show snmp-server

That will output a bunch of stuff. Near the top you will see something
like this:

 SNMP Communities

  Community Name   MIB View Write Access
  ---------------- -------- ------------
  pfUser           Manager  Unrestricted

The important part is that your pf Community has unrestricted write access
