I have upgraded the code to "c2960-lanlitek9-mz.122-58.SE2.bin" and still
see the same thing in the packetfence.log;
Oct 26 13:56:58 pfsetvlan(21) INFO: secureMacAddrViolation trap on
192.168.10.1 ifIndex 10002. Port Security is no longer configured on the
port. Flush the trap (main::signalHandlerTrapListQueued)
As far as SNMP commuity strings. Everything appears to be setup correctly,
here is my switch
[192.168.10.1]
type=Cisco::Catalyst_2960
mode=production
uplink=1
cliTransport=Telnet
cliUser=cisco
cliPwd=cisco
cliEnablePwd=cisco
SNMPVersionTrap=2c
SNMPCommunityTrap=public
and here is my switch configs:
TestSwitch#sho run | i snmp
snmp-server enable traps port-security
snmp-server enable traps port-security trap-rate 1
snmp-server host 192.168.10.5 version 2c public port-security
Not sure where else to go here.....
Thanks!
