So if the mac address is for the end user´s workstation , when you plug your 
workstation in the port you will never receive an snmptrap (the mac address 
match).
Put something like that:
switchport port-security mac-address 0011.2233.4455

Plug your workstation and check if you have an snmptrap from the
      switch.
