Hi,

For info, I fixed most of the PPM issues so now you can just select 
Padre for install and all dependencies are properly met.

The one remaining caveat is that the executable on MSWin does not work. 
(fails in search for wperl.exe). But, assuming your <ppminstallbin> is 
on your path (which it should be) then 'padre.bat' on the command line 
should work.

I will take a look at the Padre mswin exec code and post a patch if 
possible.
