Hi, Wow. Great work on the PPM front and the recent Wx::Perl::ProcessStream bug :)
Basically it checks whether the current folder contains wperl.exe or not, and if not it tries to find it in ..\..\bin to support a vendor perl installation. You can find the source code of padre.exe under the win32 folder in trunk. To compile it, 'perl Makefile.PL' or 'cpan .': http://padre.perlide.org/trac/browser/trunk/Padre/win32/padre.c Please let me know if you need anything else.
