Actually, the #irc trac registration thing doesn't seem to work out
nowadays. It's a high threshold for some people. More importantly there is
not always around in the channel to open (!) and close (!) the registration
page. If it's not easy to get involved, people won't. Maybe github doesn't
sound so bad now.
