Actually, the #irc trac registration thing doesn't seem to work
out nowadays. It's a high threshold for some people. More
importantly there is not always around in the channel to open (!)
and close (!) the registration page. If it's not easy to get
involved, people won't. Maybe github doesn't sound so bad now.

think?
I'd be happy if the source code of Padre was moved to GitHub, then the
bug-tracker at Github can be started to be used for the bugs of Padre.
