Concepts are tricky things, usually it's just the
expression that's protected by copyright.
The screen designs -are- protected by copyright
though. If they truely copied your designs, you
-may- have a case to sue them if you wanted to take
that route. I would consult a laywer.
Otoh, a good letter to the producer of the clone
might be the right place to start.
