New debug rom images available

The debug rom images for the Palm IIIx organizer, the Palm V organizer, and
the IBM WorkPad organizer which is using the Japanese version of the Palm
OS, are all available on the debug rom web page.

(And one more apology for non-US residents at the extra registration step
required. We're very, very close to starting a new seeding program which
will cure the repeated licensing requirements.)
