We're revising PalmRez and Constructor in order to support writing apps in
Japanese or other character sets which may be supported in future Palm
Computing platform devices.
I had expected that we would have had a prerelease version of the tools
ready by now, but they're not ready yet - for reasons I'm not sure of, but
are at least partially beyond our control.
This is a very high priority for us, and now that we've most of the Palm
VII information and tools available I'll be pushing harder to see what I
can do about the Japanese development tools. Stay tuned...
