Unfortunately there isn't any easy means to convert resource from the .rsrc
format to text (e.g. .rcp) format. This has been suggested in the past, but
we don't have anything at present.
PalmRez is the postlinker used in CW, that combines all the resources into
the PRC file. PalmRez is included with every CW for Palm installation. You
can find it in /bin/plugins/linker/PalmRezPostLinker.dll
