CodeWarrior's Rez plugin actually contains the Derez tool also. To activate
it, you have to set up a file mapping that maps a resource file to the
Rez compiler. This works on Macintosh, so presumably it works on other
platforms that have the Rez plugin.
I believe that Metrowerks supplies the Rez docs in electronic form on
their CDs.
