what they did now was release a program that calculated a
regcode for a specific user name.. i want to stop that..
hence i encrypted the routine..
they can always patch it.. and then they need to ftp it,
in order to get "full access".. patching programs is not what
your typical "user" will do..
a nice little "windows" program, which gives them a code
(ie: no risk of having a bad patched version).. is more
pleasing to "general" users.
is this clearer?
i know they cannot crack.. but i have made it harder for them
to get the "regcode" algorithm out of my software.. using an
encryption algorithm.
