  like someone else said, they have registered a "second"
  creator ID.. and stored it there.. when you remove the
  application, the other data stays (as it is a different
  application to the palmOS)

  this is bad.. (although, the people doing so probably think it
  is not - basically to protect themselves)..

  - they just want you to buy it.. and not install, remove,
    install remove.. :)

  3com should make a policy regarding this.. and enforce it.
