POSE 2.1d26 also exhibits the second problem. I haven't tried 2.1d24 yet. I
am slowly working my way backwards. Basically, I have not found any solution
to the failure to successfully launch the debugger/POSE combo.

POSE 2.1d26 exhibits problem number one (where POSE functionality locks up
but POSE menus still work) as well.

I am going to try the whole scenario with POSE 2.1d24 and 2.0b3.
