Actually PGHQ has two columns, the left -is- apps
that are entirely new while the right is for updates.
Otoh, I do think they should put a time lockout on
update postings to prevent abuse of the listings
by people who publish "updates" practically hourly
just to stay on top of the list. (What a good figure
for the lockout time would be would keep debate going
for weeks <g>)
