myPGHQ does have some limitations, from the myPGHQ page:
"You may add up to 15 Software titles for update e-mail notification and
an unlimited number of Software and News Categories."

So, I can only mark 15 apps which I would like to watch... but rather than
watching for ones I don't have, I am using myPGHQ to watch other programs
that don't have update notifications from the author (ie. like freeware
programs).
